The island of Aix is located at the mouth of the Charente River in the Region of Poitou-Charentes in France. To get there you must take a ferry from the pointe of Fumée (available all year) in high season you can also go from La Rochelle, Port-des-Barques, Ré, La Tranche-sur-Mer and Oléron.
The island of Aix although small, is ideal for long walks or you can hire a bike, an important detail its that vehicle traffic is restricted, so its a very good thing because since you arrive there you completely disconnected from the noise of cars.
Its headlights, its walls and museums make of this island a popular destination where you can go to relax and have a good time.
The first time you visit this beautiful city you will get impressed its magic. You will look as white houses how they stand next to the blue of the sky and sea an you will feel how something magical inspired you by walking into the narrow streets and you will realize that this town it’s one of those coastal towns with real charm.
That’s why many famous painters like Dali and Picasso among others have chosen it as a residence, shelter and as inspiration of their art.
Let you lose yourself in its alleys, and visit the church on top of the lookout, you can also go to the Daly’s museum, or just rest on its narrow beaches and watch the boats on the shore and look to the horizont and fall asleep with the sound of the sea.

If I have to define Malta in word I can define it as “Paradise”
To talking about my experience in Malta it will take me many post and many words. So I guess for your save it’s better that I will made a summarize.
In the heart of the Mediterranean sea are three small islands, which are spectacular with a singular beauty: Gozo, Comino and Malta. The three form a small European State: Malta.
Wherever you go in Malta’s Island, you will find it’s natural landscapes, architecture, reefs that will provide you a spectacular and memorable experience.
You will see how honey-colored stones that contrast with the intense blue of the Mediterranean make it a postcard views.
